Winner of the Office of the Year 2021
We are the proud supplier of interiors for CTP Clubco Vlněna, which came first in the prestigious competition Office of the Year 2021, in the category Hub-Coworking and thus met the expectations of us all.
We worked on the project from the presenting samples of each item of furniture and spent almost ¾ of a year on preparation followed by installation. Coworking has become a remarkable phenomenon. From the very start this project was considered the best designed coworking workplace, and it’s in the very heart of the centre of Brno.

The most modern Brno coworking centre, Clubco, was created thanks to cooperation between architectural studio Acht and our company, Ahrend, as the interior supplier. This synergy resulted in a modern technologically packed space for freelancers, start-ups, small and medium-sized firms. Coworking offers everything necessary for work, from offices, meeting rooms, to self-service kitchenettes and even a bar with excellent coffee. An important part of this is also state-of-the-art IT infrastructure.
Clubco is located right in the centre of Brno, in the Vlněna office complex.
It is a great pleasure to be able to officially announce that we were the supplier of the project that came first in the category Hub-Coworking and fulfilled the expectations of us all. I would hereby like to thank the people who worked on this project and who kept going even at challenging times.
The prestigious Office of the Year competition has since 2017 assessed exceptional office interiors in the Czech Republic across ten categories. A six-person jury assesses the uniqueness, design, innovation, attractiveness and atmosphere with an emphasis on the quality of the workplace environment.
The theme of hybrid offices resonated through this year’s competition. For the first time the categories of Hybrid Office of the Year and Innovative Office were added.
