A new address after many years

The headquarters of Schindler CZ, a. s. has after many years moved to a new address on Walterovo náměstí in Prague 5. The new address was chosen not just due to the history of the place – a former Walter Motors factory, but also its new attractive form, excellent transport, the local facilities and the fact that Schindler is the main supplier of lifts in all administrative buildings of the Waltrovka project.

The third floor of the modern building Mechanica 2 with a total area of 1 492 m2 is now the new base for the company’s employees as well as a completely new showroom and space for meeting with business partners and customers.

With new energy

Employees already felt that the original offices were getting a bit old and out of date. They all therefore welcomed the change which in their own words completely transformed the mood of the workplace. The workplace includes ergonomically improved workstations, a new relaxation zone for informal meetings with colleagues and soundproofed telephone boxes in the open-plan spaces.

Flexibility

Moving to new offices is always a demanding process, and with a large company these problems just multiply. We have experienced many large projects and we know how to prepare for them. We are ready to help our clients with demanding projects from start to finish and we are not afraid to take on the often complex individual requirements.

Our offer

We are able to supply not just furniture, but also other fixtures and fittings. You don’t need to coordinate an interior design project with several suppliers.

  • We are also able to respond to individual requirements. For Schindler we arranged for the production of a bespoke colour version of the selected office chairs so that they correspond to their corporate colours.
  • For clients we are always ready to produce mock-up workstations, which are then used to fine tune the details. A total of 15 people from Schindler took part in the mock-up interior evaluation process.
  • We appreciate the fact that the client highlighted our flexibility as the main factor in completing the project within the required timeframe. It is teamwork; not just the salesman, but also a project manager and customer support representative work proactively with the client.

We save the time and nerves of office managers, and it gives us great satisfaction when employees can move on time into their new offices where they will be comfortable and enjoy working.
